I lead the only hiking group in Boquete – we averaged 184 hikers/month in 2019 (before the lockdowns) and, yes, we do most of the hikes here you mentioned + about 65 more. We don’t do the very strenuous ones as most of us are old farts.
If you retuen to Boquete please hike with is – I can show you some more hikes (though less strenuous).
